Toly Bread Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) was formerly Shenyang Toly Food Co., Ltd., established on January 23, 1997. Its registered capital is currently RMB 1,599,719,155.

The Company mainly produces and sells bread and pastries, as well as seasonal products such as mooncakes and zongzi. It is a comprehensive bakery enterprise focused on production, processing and distribution. Through years of development, the Toly brand for bread and pastries has grown into a well-known national brand across regions. To date, the Company has 35 subsidiaries and affiliates and more than 310,000 retail outlets nationwide. The Company maintains stable partnerships with major supermarket chains such as Yonghui, CR Vanguard, RT-Mart and Walmart. As it expands in southern China, it has also built strong cooperation with regional chains including Wumart, Jiajia Yue, Xintiandi, Biyoute and Hongqi, laying a solid foundation for nationwide growth.
