Fresh Delivery

Food is fundamental. For bread that people eat every day, how many safety checks stand between raw materials and the table? Step inside Toly Bread—one of Northeast China’s largest bakery companies—and see how it builds a food-safety chain from ingredients to shelf.

For a company long focused on bread, raw-material quality is part of the culture. Toly runs a strict supplier qualification process: business licenses, production permits, third-party test reports and batch factory inspection reports are required; imported materials also need entry-exit inspection and quarantine health certificates. Incoming materials are tested again on receipt, and usage is recorded throughout production so every step is traceable.

Balancing safety and nutrition also depends on sound recipes. Nutrient levels are not simply “the more the better”—they need scientific ratios. Toly’s R&D team exchanges know-how across the industry, adopts new bakery technologies, refines formulas and launches products that meet changing consumer needs. Continuous training with domestic and international peers keeps the team at a leading domestic level.

Every process has dedicated checks. Mixing speed and time, dough temperature, proofing temperature/humidity/time, baking temperature and time all follow strict specifications. Finished goods are sampled for net content, seal integrity, appearance, acidity, specific volume and more before release.

Distribution and freshness are shared challenges for bakery brands. Toly built a structured logistics system and pioneered a “fresh daily delivery” target in key cities. PDA logistics data collection makes delivery processes queryable and controllable, protecting food safety all the way to the consumer.
